Yes. Your clients have 24/7 access to a live, U.S.-based Concierge team.
What kinds of things can my clients ask the Concierge for?
Almost anything related to owning their home. Repairs, handyman needs, finding a contractor, scheduling service, getting vendor recommendations, planning a home improvement project, or simply figuring out who to call.
Do I have to manage my clients' requests?
No. BrokerBee handles the requests, coordination, and follow-up for you. The experience stays branded to you, so you get the credit while we do the work.
How does BrokerBee choose its vendors and contractors?
Vendors in the BrokerBee network go through our vetting and training process before they are eligible to serve your clients. They must also stay current in our program and meet our ongoing standards.
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes. If you already have vendors you trust, they can apply to join your BrokerBee network. They will need to complete our vetting and training process before serving clients through BrokerBee.
Is BrokerBee branded to me or to BrokerBee?
The client experience is built to keep you at the center. Your Agent Concierge Page, client communication, and ongoing touchpoints are branded to you so your clients continue seeing you as their resource for the home.
What happens after I join?
We set up your Agent Concierge Page and give you everything you need to start introducing the Concierge to your clients or give us your database and let us introduce it for you! From there, you can send Client Gifts and begin giving your database access to their Home Concierge.
Is BrokerBee only for clients I just closed?
No. You can use BrokerBee with new clients, past clients, buyers, and sellers. The goal is to give the people in your database a reason to keep coming back to you long after the transaction is over. This is meant as a service for YOUR people you already have a relationship with.
How is this different from a normal closing gift?
